A university project with a strong focus on service design and information design. What is presented here is just a part of a larger concept, designing the customers' service experience from being triggered and booking a ticket to finding ones seat at the theatre venue.
The application I designed for the theatre is meant for loyal customers, who pay for becoming a member and then gain access to a number of shows during the season. This concept allows the user to administrate his/her membership, browse ongoing shows and also book a show. Digital ticketing is also integrated within the concept.
